Multiple team building MVPs…but only one chef's hat

At the end of each Team Building with Taste event, we ask the competing teams to nominate an “MVP” for their team. Frequently it’s the best cook. Other times it’s the best “project manager.” Occasionally, it’s the person that stays out of the way. The one constraint is that we only have one chef’s hat per team to award to the MVP.

But recently a group from technology leader Cisco  found an interesting way to share the MVP award during an event in our Dallas facility. Much to the guffaws of the group, their team shredded the paper hat and gave a piece to everyone. They were all winners!

In all the hundreds of events we have done, we hadn’t seen that before!
